  1. In your Dashboard or module, click the Hamburger menu

  2. Select My Media

  3. Click Add New

  4. From the short dropdown menu click Media Upload

  5. Tick the box to acknowledge that you have ownership or permission from the copyright holder

  6. Scroll down to select or drag and drop the file you want to upload - either audio (usually mp3 but the system will accept most formats) or video (usually mp4)

  7. Add a Name and Description to your media file
NOTE: We recommend you develop a clear and comprehensive naming convention, including title, module name and code, session, lecture number, and academic year, with the description including details of when recorded, version number if you use them, and who recorded it and/or owns the recording. This will make it easier to keep track of your videos year on year as you add to your collection. You can also use tags which will also help you (and possibly others) to search for and manage media files.

  8. When the green bar states that the upload is complete, click Save
