Why isn't my document opening up in a window?

In order to use many of the features in Moodle, particularly Turnitin, you will need to allow pop-ups for, and, which mainly affects documents downloading or web pages opening.

Many browsers have popups disabled by default so if you find that a document isn't downloading or a window isn't opening as expected you may need to enable pop-ups. Usually a little notification appears at the top of your browser window when your action has been disallowed. When you see this notification click on it to allow the action.  

If you miss the notification, you'll need to do the following:
